Online Reputation Management

Reputation Management Services

Ensure you thoroughly eliminate dirt to protect your brand and maintain a positive online reputation, as well as a narrative that you control.

Reputation management isn’t about spin — it’s about strategy.

What I Do:

✅ I can help remove or push down negative press articles by strategically ranking others ahead of them.
✅ Build a protective wall of positive assets so that even if you have a clean brand, you can protect against someone coming in and tarnishing it.
✅ Rank YOUR content — not someone else’s attack piece, which you have no control over
✅ Clean up page 1, then own it and ensure that everything on page 1 is controlled by you.

My Reputation Management Approach

This approach is not merely about making a few blog posts and hoping for the best results. I do technical, aggressive, and tactical SEO to get results, and here are some of the important things we do to ensure that we get success when providing a reputation management service.

1. Deep Analysis of the search results

I will conduct an audit and research to identify what appears when searching for your name or brand and determine the factors causing the most damage. I analyse this like we would if you had a Google penalty, knowing what we face and how much work we need to do to remove or push down anything negative.

2. Asset Creation & Strategy Implementation

We build branded content, but bear in mind that no result shows your site 10 times for the same search result, so we need to create multiple assets. Similarly, when I search for my name, I find my website, podcasts I’ve participated in, social media profiles, news articles, and much more. To do that for you, we must first create these assets if you don’t have them.

3. Aggressive Link Building

Any online asset requires links and authority to rank on page 1 of search engines. While we can create these assets, they may not possess enough power for Google to rank them on page 1. Therefore, this is just one of the additional steps we need to take to position everything effectively.

4. Digital PR

There will almost always be a need to feature your brand on high-profile news websites, as these sites hold significant influence and can achieve high rankings; therefore, we will develop a campaign to generate positive news about you or your brand, which will help push the negative content further down the rankings.

5. Ongoing Suppression & Monitoring

A one-time clean-up can work, but sometimes people are targeted by multiple sources or news stories. In such cases, we can provide ongoing suppression and monitoring of your brand while continuing to work to keep negative content down. We have worked with people who are under constant attack both online and in the national press, and this type of work is likely going to require ongoing maintenance. However, we would review and provide advice as needed; these cases are rare, and for most people, a one-off campaign is likely sufficient.

Who I Work With

  • ✅ iGaming operators & affiliates who need brand protection

  • ✅ CEOs, founders, and public figures

  • ✅ High-net-worth individuals

  • ✅ Agencies white-labelling reputation work for clients

iGaming Brand Protection

In the iGaming industry, brand protection is a crucial service to contemplate. Competitors, well-versed in SEO and marketing, will leverage your brand to their advantage by optimising its ranking and redirecting traffic to their website and offers, a tactic known as ‘brand jacking. I suppose this is part of the deal; when large sums of money are involved, these tactics are used. And if you leave your brand search wide open and easy to rank well, then your competitors will absolutely go down that route to take some of your hard-earned traffic gained via your brand’s reputation away from you.

Google Doesn’t Care About Fairness

But I do; someone with excellent knowledge and understanding of online marketing can literally cause you all kinds of problems. A well-optimized article can significantly increase your expenses and decrease your conversions, yet Google will still rank it highly due to its optimisation. Google doesn’t care about the damage caused by poorly optimised articles, but you do; that’s why I can help you improve your online reputation.

  • One bad article can cost you millions
  • One rogue reviewer can kill off your conversions
  • One exposed affiliate strategy could ruin years of brand building

You don’t have to just sit there and take it.

We have the ability to change the course of events.

✅ Negative press removed or buried
✅ Authority assets ranked on Page 1
✅ Your story told the way it should be
✅ Done quietly, legally, and effectively

Most potential users of your website are expected to search for your business or name before doing business with you, and statistics indicate that this behaviour applies to 90% of individuals.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Is it possible for you to remove negative content from Google?

However, this is not always the case. If the content violates platform guidelines (e.g., defamation, copyright, personal data exposure), we may be able to have it removed. If we can remove something, we will do that first. If not, we prioritise suppression, a strategy that involves outranking negative pages with positive, high-authority content that presents your perspective.

How long does reputation management take?

It depends on how awful the mess is. There is no universal solution for this service.  Minor cleanups can take 1–2 months. Bigger cases, especially involving major news outlets or high-ranking review sites, can take 6+ months to fully control. I’ll give you a realistic timeline based on your exact situation, not some generic promise, as that wouldn’t be fair; making sure you have a realistic expectation is important.  Involving your team and having them write the articles we need to put out can also slow the process down, as teams can often write a story, but for it to be published, it needs to be newsworthy, not some self-promotional piece, so at times it’s best left to us to come up with the narrative, which you can approve. Rather than trying to force an unfeasible story onto us,

Will people know you’re doing this?

Not at all; we do these things discreetly, and you are entitled to do your own PR and reputation management anyway, spreading positive news about your business or brand so it blends in well with what everyone is doing anyway day to day. So unless you tell people you’re doing it, they will never know.

Is online reputation management legal?

Yes. I operate strictly within the bounds of UK and international law. There’s no hacking, no fake takedown requests, and nothing that would land you on the wrong side of a court case. It’s all done properly and will not land you in any legal battles or get you into trouble in any way, shape or form. People have a right to promote their own business and narrative online; people do this daily via social media, blog posts, news articles, and so on. You have the same right as anyone else to do the same and ensure that your brand’s visibility online is positive.

Do you guarantee results?

I guarantee work that gets done properly. I don’t promise miracles; no one can guarantee Google’s behaviour, but I’ve successfully managed reputations in some of the most competitive, scandal-heavy industries, including iGaming. But the right budget and timeframe are also important, as we have people who think within days or weeks we can clean up their reputation, even though we have quoted and given them a realistic timeframe.

What kinds of businesses or individuals do you work with?

I work with:

  • iGaming brands and affiliates

  • Entrepreneurs and public figures

  • CEOs and execs in high-stakes sectors

  • Agencies that need white-labelled rep management

  • Anyone who is unfairly dragged through the digital mud – so literally, anyone who has any issues with online reputation management – we can help.

What does reputation management cost?

There is no universally applicable cost for reputation management. Some cases need 5–10 assets and basic SEO; others need full-blown PR, video, link building, and ongoing monitoring. I’ll audit your situation and give you a quote tailored to what you need.
