We have something a little different for today’s article in that we’re going to do an in-depth review of LeadDyno.
This is a company in the affiliate marketing space, but while we have done plenty of reviews of affiliate networks and platforms, LeadDyno is quite different. Read on to find out more!
LeadDyno Review
What is LeadDyno?
LeadDyno can be defined as an affiliate management platform, which means that it is great for brands and companies who want to market their products and services seamlessly through marketers and a variety of other such means.
The nice thing about the platform is that it integrates with a myriad of other tools, from WordPress to eCommerce store platforms and more. That means that it is extremely easy to utilize (or that’s the assumption that we are basing that statement on).
The software is extremely generous when it comes to the features, so if you are looking to promote a product that you might have designed through affiliate marketing, it might be a good option for what you have in mind.
Apparently, the dashboard is quite user-friendly and it makes it possible for most anyone, regardless of their technical skills, to market their services. When you opt for the plan by LeadDyno, you immediately get an affiliate program page along with your own company domain name.
What is the brand’s ideal customer?
While we will go into more detail about how much LeadDyno costs in a section below, we’d like to note that this isn’t nearly one of the most expensive affiliate management solutions that we have come across.
In fact, it is probably one of the cheapest. There’s also a free trial plan available, which means that anyone can give it a shot.
However, we’d argue that marketers with a bit of experience along with startup owners (or their marketing teams) and bigger businesses would make the ideal buyer persona for this kind of service.
LeadDyno does not function as an affiliate network in any way, shape, or form. So, if for example you own several different niche sites and you are looking to discover a number of affiliate programs, you are not going to find them here.
An option like ShareASale, Awin, Impact Radius, PepperJam, ClickBank, or CJ Affiliate would suit your needs much better in this situation.
LeadDyno pricing
We have already mentioned the free trial and the fact that this platform is pretty budget-friendly, but let’s see what that means exactly. You can try out the product for a period of two weeks, but you will need to provide the website with your credit card information upon doing so.
The smallest plan available is the Starter one and it is priced at $49 per month. The Biz Builder one, the second one in line, is priced at $59 per month while the Accelerator plan, the one that has the most features, can set you back $79 on a monthly basis.
What do you get with all of these plans? Well, the Starter will be a good fit for you if you have launched a product, but your website isn’t getting more than three thousand visitors per month at this time. Some features that are included in this plan range from email installation support to guest, lead, and conversion tracking, as well as an unlimited number of affiliates.
The Biz Builder plan has the same features with the difference being that your website can receive up to 4,500 visitors per month while the last one, priced at $79, is a good choice for sites that are already getting up to 7,500 visitors per month.
We don’t know for sure what happens afterwards because there is no larger plan available. However, we’re pretty sure that you can work something out personally with LeadDyno if your site’s getting even more traffic than that and you’re looking to grow it through affiliate marketing.
What features does LeadDyno offer?
Probably the biggest selling point of this network is that it makes it extremely easy for affiliates to sign up to your program. Moreover, the dashboard is easy to work with and allows you to pay your affiliates with just a few clicks.
From the information that we have gathered in this sense, it seems that LeadDyno supports PayPal payments at this time — we don’t know if any other payment method is available, such as wire transfers or anything different.
Your dashboard is going to be the place where you can consult all of your information, such as the number of visitors you’re getting, the number of leads you’ve had through your affiliates, or just how affiliate marketers have joined your program.
You also have the freedom to customize the interface as per your preferences and you can also change your affiliate links (or their basic structure) in whatever way you want.
Another feature you might enjoy is the fact that you can consistently stay in touch with your affiliates. You can send out a newsletter on a regular basis, get in touch with them through automated emails, or even send out invitations. You can also customize the email that these people receive upon becoming members of your affiliate program.
Are there any issues with LeadDyno?
There is no easy way to put this other than by admitting that yes, there are some issues with LeadDyno. While it is one of the cheapest platforms in the game, it also has some of the worst customer services out there.
We came across some LeadDyno reviews according to which people have a really hard time switching from their service to something different like PartnerStack or Refersion.
If there’s anything that you encounter and want resolved, you sometimes literally need to wait for days before someone answers and tries to fix the issue. Whether that happens because the brand doesn’t have enough customer service agents right now or for any other reason, that remains a mystery.
But that is by far the biggest and most common complaint that we have come across, and we aren’t looking to bad-mouth LeadDyno in any possible way.
Integrations
Here’s an area where LeadDyno actually seems to shine. We’ve already mentioned that it works with PayPal, but it actually integrates with anything from Chargebee, Zapier, Coinbase, Slack, and JotForm.
Some of the truly big company names that work with the LeadDyno software range from Stripe and WordPress to Mailchimp, Hubspot, Lightspeed, Aweber, BigCommerce, Squarespace, as well as Shopify.
So, as you can see, the sky’s the limit as to what content management system you have on your site or whatever feature for eCommerce and more you might be interested in using alongside LeadDyno. You don’t have to worry about anything in this sense.
To conclude this portion of our article about what LeadDyno is and what it can offer to customers, we’ll say that in a nutshell, it’s easy to use, it’s easy to integrate with just about anything, and it’s reasonably priced.
On the downside, the customer support could have been better, although there might have been some improvements made in this sense. We still think it’s worth trying out especially if you have a site that’s not getting massive amounts of traffic and you’re not expecting a huge number of affiliates to work with, either.
Does LeadDyno have an affiliate program?
Yes.
If everything that we wrote above does not address you and you run a blog about affiliate programs, networks, and management services, perhaps you’d be interested in promoting the LeadDyno software — especially if you might have tried it out yourself.
Well, we couldn’t find any info about the LeadDyno affiliate program other than the fact that the brand pays a 30% commission on all of the qualifying sales you make.
And while we couldn’t come across any detail regarding how they process payments, for example, we did find out that the commission is recurring — meaning that you’re going to receive the 30% share out of your referral’s subscriptions for their entire duration.
Does a better LeadDyno alternative exist?
LeadDyno vs. Refersion
We recently did a review of Refersion and in some sense, it is somewhat similar to LeadDyno in the sense that it also integrates with numerous separate apps.
We’d say that the biggest difference between these two is the pricing and the way it’s designed. For example, on Refersion, you can opt for a specific plan depending on how many sales you’re estimating you’re going to make.
This makes it a suitable choice for larger websites since they aren’t restricted to plans with regard to the number of unique visitors they get every month.

PartnerStack
When people choose to migrate from LeadDyno to something different, they often choose PartnerStack — so that should give you a clue as to whether it’s better or easier to use.
Besides being extremely user-friendly, PartnerStack has some of the best customer service out there, at least for this type of business. It is more expensive, though, so unless you have a fairly high number of affiliates and are generating lots and lots of sales on a monthly basis, it might not be suitable for you.
Impact.com
This one is often noted as one of the best LeadDyno alternatives out there, too, and that’s because the platform is specifically aimed at digital marketing users in general, so it works with a massive number of brands and agencies in the field of promoting pretty much anything on the planet.
The area where Impact shines is the usability. The company also seems to be quite good at replying to their customers’ requests, and the software is quite user-friendly, too — that’s one less thing to worry about, right?
Post Affiliate Pro
As another more expensive LeadDyno alternative, Post Affiliate Pro is a solution that can effectively manage everything about an affiliate program in any possible way — sometimes ways that might not even have crossed your mind.
While it does cost more, it’s fast and intuitive, not to mention that it takes the cake when it comes to customer service, especially when compared to LeadDyno.
Partnerize
You might have come across this name if you’ve ever done a bit of research on various affiliate programs, and that’s because lots of brands seem to love what Partnerize has to offer. Yet again, the services offered by the company are more costly when compared to what LeadDyno puts on the table.
On the upside, it’s much easier to work with in general, and the brand has been connecting the dots for a lot of brands in the past few years — so it’s quite reputable.
CAKE
This is a somewhat complex platform compared to others, in that it can be used not just for affiliate marketing, but also for lead generation and multichannel marketing.
Based on the reviews that we have consulted, it seems that CAKE offers great customer service and that the platform is rather intuitive. Apparently, the team is very responsive and there to help for any issue that their customers might have encountered. There are some limitations that need to be addressed, though, such as the fact that getting some custom features can be very complicated and can take quite a bit of time.

Final thoughts
So, is LeadDyno worth giving a shot? The answer to this question is that it actually depends on what you want to achieve.
While the affiliate program that the brand has is a good option for anyone, we’ll be honest and say that LeadDyno does not have the best user reviews and is also less known compared to other companies in the same field.
On the other hand, if you’re getting a low traffic amount on your site and you’re not picturing a whole sleuth of affiliates joining your program, it might be a suitable option.
