Buy Aged Domains

Buy Aged Domains

Buying Aged domains is a key part of my process when it comes to launching a website. Now I know many others will want to create a brand and that’s fine. But in general to give yourself a head start you want to buy an aged domain name to take advantage of a ready-made backlink profile. Domain Coasters have up to 30% off this Black Friday on their budget and premium domain names. When looking for aged domains, we want to quickly be able to see the metrics of the domains that are available, and Domain Coasters have all of that set out on a plate for you as you can see from the screenshot below, showing you the referring domains, domain metrics, age of the domain and much more.

Benefits of using an Aged Domain

There are a number of reasons for using an aged domain, many people in the affiliate marketing community use an aged domain so that they can take advantage of a ready-made backlink profile. Looking at the referring domain count and taking advantage of the hard work and effort that the previous domain owner has put into the domain name. Backlinks are something that costs a significant amount of money to get done properly, and people do struggle at times to get good quality relevant domains to their website. But if someone has already done that for you then it’s a case of taking advantage of that, and then moving on and building out a solid content strategy.

Additional benefits include potentially being able to get some of the old content from the Wayback machine, people can repurpose the website and its content to get an advantage, but on top of that domains with history and time under their belt can help you avoid the dreaded sandbox, if you believe in that kind of thing. But I’m also sure that Google must give older domains a little nudge in the right direction. It’s trusted, and it has a history so it has to have some advantage over using a brand-new domain name.

Using Aged Domains for Affiliate Marketing

I’m always seeking opportunities for new websites and getting traffic and monetizing the websites and aged domains is always my first port of call, I will use marketing places like Domaincoasters.com to see what inventory they have available. My way of working is that I will grab an aged domain, build out a website on it, get it ranking in the niche that I’m chasing after, and I can add affiliate links, as well as AdSense, Ezoic, or some other ads platform to make sure that I’m being paid for the traffic I’m able to generate by ranking these websites.

Typically I will work on these domains for 6 months, trying to grow them as fast as I can by adding an aggressive content strategy on top of the aged domain which gives me a decent chance of ranking well and ranking the website. yeah, there are some other aspects to it, such as getting a site designed, doing on-page SEO, and a few other bits and bobs, but the main ingredient is taking advantage of an aged domain to give me a kickstart.

At the point where the website is earning decent revenue and getting some good traffic, I consider flipping these websites on for a profit, and I like to rinse and repeat this as an ongoing business model. I’m simply adding my SEO strategy onto an aged domain and able to make some decent revenue.

Some websites i do sit on and keep the recurring monthly revenue, others I do it to scale and flip them on, but either way using an aged domain is very much part of my affiliate marketing strategy.

Finding the best Aged Domains

It’s a crowded marketplace when it comes to aged domains, millions of domains drop every year and someone has to go through all of that to bring the very best domains to the table. Domain Coasters are adding 500+ domains per month using their very own filtering system to make sure that the domains that you see available on the marketing place are not spammed to death. Now sure you can go and filter through all of this yourself, but you would need time, tools, and APIs to be able to do this on scale.

The aim is to bring you the best spam-free, niche-relevant powerful domains on the market.
